New York Equipment
Chain Gun – Since you can buy them early fill your inventory as soon as you can.
New York Weapons
Body Armor – Not the greatest but beats a pinstriped suit. Most loot is better so switch it out when you can.
Town Cars – +22 and there is an achievement for owning 500.
Cuban Equipment
New York weapons are better than Cuban weapons at this time.
Rebel Sniper armor it is +42 but increases the bribe penalty by 0.5% up to 80% max.
Commercial Helicopter – Dump the town cars and replace them with these.
